🗓️ Days: Mondays & Wednesdays ⏰ Time: 3:15–4:30 PM
📍 Meet: Workout Trailer at the practice field
💧 Bring: Plenty of water EVERY workout
👟 Wear: Tennis shoes
⚡ Sprint Days: You may want to bring your cleats!
