Our phone lines, emails, and in store have been insane and we are working extra hard to meet with each of you. So many of you have taken your suppressor home in the last week and we couldn’t be more excited for each of you.

Thursday 8/13, we had the pleasure of meeting with our friends at Silencer Shop and their counsel to review the recent court victory. As of August 13, 2026, a federal court order from Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF (N.D. Texas) is in effect. The ATF is barred from enforcing NFA registration against Silencer Shop customers for suppressors (silencers) — the biggest change to suppressor law since the NFA passed in 1934. Florida is also considered one of the “free states” with no additional state laws conflicting. The Silencer Shop team have been awesome Patriots leading the way to an easier path to hearing protection. We could not do this without them!

🚨What does this mean?
You do not need to sign up for any membership with an organization and hope it works out one day, just by shopping with Silencer Shop or with us in store as an Elite Silencer Shop Dealer, you’re covered! After completing a standard 4473 background (and of course passing!) you’re ready to go!
