We’re excited to share that NCA is now part of the National League 1 pathway through US Club Soccer and the Washington Premier League.

This is a big deal—not just for our top teams, but for how we continue to grow as a club.

NL1 is part of a new, unified competition structure designed to connect leagues across the country and create a clearer path for player and team progression 

For our players U13 and older, it means:

• A true pathway to higher levels, including ECNL Regional League
• Competition against top teams in a structured, merit-based system
• Opportunities to earn advancement through performance—not just pay-to-play

What we’re most excited about is how this fits who we are:

👉 A family-first, affordable club
👉 A place where players can grow at their own pace
👉 And now—a place where those who want more have a clear path to go get it

No need to leave. No need to overpay. Just a better pathway, right here.
