This morning I began reading *Redeeming Your Time* by Jordan Raynor, and one thought immediately challenged me:
*"I don't need to complete my to-do list in order for God's purposes to prevail."*
As I reflected on that statement, I was reminded of a principle we emphasize in Strategic Doers Group:
**Awareness → Choice → Transformation**
**Awareness:** I became aware that I often measure success by how much I accomplish rather than by how faithfully I steward what God has entrusted to me.
**Choice:** I can choose to prioritize what matters most—my relationship with Christ, my family, my calling, and serving others through business—instead of simply reacting to whatever feels urgent.
**Transformation:** Over time, those choices reshape how I steward my time, replacing pressure with purpose and busyness with faithfulness.
Information alone doesn't change us. Awareness must lead to choices, and choices lead to transformation.
Thank you, Jordan Raynor, for the reminder that faithfulness is a better measure than busyness.
