Get excited. The Heat is getting closer!
Here are a few movement standards answered for The Heat:
• Seated Rows – Hips behind the rig, feet in front, chest to bar
• Hanging Knee Raises – Feet behind the body at the bottom, knees above parallel at the top
• Hand Release Push-Ups – Hands must release in front of and behind the tape each rep
