It is all about taking exercise to another level to get the best out of the body that it can offer you to stay healthy, happy, and always challenged. I teach jump rope classes at THE EDGE ( Big Lots Shopping Cntr on Timberlake Road) and GOLD'S GYM on Wards Road in which I also instruct Les Mills BODYJAM choreographed by Gandalf Archer. Always excited to welcome new and old challenging them to beat the odds against them as they get older through the love of dance, jump rope, and double dutch.
