Join us on Memorial Day for our annual Hero Day!

Why Hero Day instead of Murph?
Quite frankly, we don't care what your Murph time is.
We want people to come together in remembrance and suffer in honor of those that gave their all.
When we have to train fora month for a workout and then try to PR it every year, we believe that it takes away from what these workouts mean.

Join Align Monday whether you are a member or not, put your head down and grind, and remember why you're suffering.

Non-members: Sign up (free) at the link in our Instagram bio or send us a message and we will get the link to you!
Members: Class registration will open 24 hours in advance in the app (just like normal classes).

With the weather we are having, make sure to bring a towel to dry you hands and weight off before/after the push-ups.

Reminder: you can scale, partner, etc this workout! Any version of this workout that is performed will earn you a patch! We will place the order for these next week!
