Central Virginia Volleyball/Heart of Virginia Volleyball Central Virginia Volleyball one of the only local volleyball organizations that offers programs ranging from ages 3-adult.

Our programs include developmental, leagues, open gyms, sand volleyball and tournaments. Central Va Volleyball is non-profit organization whose purpose is to help your children learn, love, and play volleyball at the highest level possible. We offer lots of programs: travel, developmental, recreation, and beach.

We had the absolute best time with our athletes at the HOV Agility Kids Camp this week!
Starting on Monday and wrapping up today, our focus was all about building speed, agility, and confidence—and these kids delivered. Watching them encourage one another and push through every challenge was the best part of the week.
Thank you to our coaches, families, and especially our incredible camp participants for making it such a successful few days.

The beach season is heating up, and we have three massive days of action lined up next week at Waterlick Road! Whether you're looking to claim the crown or dominate in doubles, it’s time to get your squad ready and get registered.

And that’s a wrap on our Volley Juniors session! 🥳🏐
We had the absolute best time working with these younger athletes this week. From learning the absolute basics of passing and serving to falling in love with the game, these kids brought so much energy and growth to the court every single day!
A huge thank you to all the amazing parents and coaches who supported them. We can’t wait to see where their volleyball journeys take them next! 🌟✨
