We are so excited to recognize Sara Wesley as our Athlete of the Week for September 14th! ❤️💙

Sara has been part of the HOV family since she first played rec at just 10 years old and has spent 5 seasons playing travel volleyball:

Now in her third year on Varsity at E.C. Glass, Sara continues to show her dedication, hard work, and passion for the game. Her journey is a great example of what can happen when you continue to work, grow, and love the game. 🏐🔥

Congrats to the Lady Flames on the 3-0 sweep over North Alabama tonight!
Our HOV Fall League players had such a fun night cheering on the LU Women’s Volleyball team. Thank you, Lady Flames, for giving our young players something to cheer for and dream of achieving as they continue to grow in the sport!
We had a wonderful night out and are so grateful to the team for taking the time to sign so many posters, shirts, and even shoes for our players. They were absolutely thrilled!
Thank you, Lady Flames, for making it such a special night! We had a blast!

🏐❤️ **VOLLEY JUNIORS IS COMING!** ❤️🏐

Ready to build a stronger volleyball foundation? **Volley Juniors** is designed for athletes who are new to the game, still developing their skills, or simply need more time to master the fundamentals!

📅 **November 2–6, 2026**
⏰ **5:00–6:30 PM**
📍 **HOV | 337 Lakeview Drive, Madison Heights, VA 24572**

We’ll slow the game down and focus on the **4 main skills of volleyball:**
🎯 Serving
🙌 Passing
🏐 Setting
💥 Hitting

Through fun drills and activities, athletes will work on proper technique, build confidence, and learn how each skill comes together when the game speeds up!

🌟 **WHO IS IT FOR?**

🏐 **1st–4th Grade Fall League Players**
Keep the volleyball going after Fall League ends! This is a great opportunity to continue learning, practicing, and building those skills.

🏐 **5th–10th Grade Players**
New to volleyball? Still working on the basics? Need more repetition? **This camp is for you, too!** There is absolutely NO shame in going back to the fundamentals. A strong foundation is where great volleyball starts!

✨ **And there’s NO limit to how many times you can attend Volley Juniors!** Every camp is another opportunity to practice, improve, gain confidence, and grow as an athlete.

🏐🔥 First Day for 9th–12th Grade!
The 9th–12th graders took the court for their first day of HOV Fall Rec League, bringing great energy, teamwork, and competitive spirit from the very first serve! 💪🏐

From strong serves to exciting rallies, it was a great way to kick off their league experience. Plenty of volleyball, plenty of fun, and even more to look forward to! 🙌

We’re excited to see this group continue to grow, compete, and make the most of the season! 🍂🏐

The 7th & 8th Grade HOV Fall Rec League officially hit the court, and we’re off to a great start! 🙌
