Before the next chapter begins, I just want to say… LOOK WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE. ✝️🤗

This community has been something truly special. A place to move, laugh, pray, encourage, worship, and simply show up as we are. I’m so grateful for every person who has been part of the Pound & Praise journey. 🙌

I am so grateful for each of you and grateful to be a part of what the Lord is doing through this community. It’s an honor to watch Him move, to serve alongside you, and to see how He continues to bring people together through Pound & Praise.

I’m so excited for what the Lord is doing and for all that He has planned for this next season. There is so much to look forward to! 🙏🏽

This pause is a moment of gratitude.
A moment to honor what has been.
And a moment to make room for what God is preparing next.

Same mission. Same praise. New season ahead. 🌄💚

WHAT DOES IT REALLY MEAN TO SAY, “I’M YOURS”?

There is something powerful about knowing who you belong to. 🤍

Before you knew your next step,
He already knew your name.
Before you understood your story,
He already knew every chapter.
And He said, “You are Mine.”

He called you by name. 🕊️

And He said....
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.”
— Isaiah 43:1 ✝️

So our response is simple:

I’m Yours. 🤍

My heart is Yours.
My life is Yours.
My plans are Yours.
My dreams are Yours.
My future is Yours.

And even the parts of my story I don’t understand yet…

They are Yours too. 🙏🏽

Because surrender isn’t giving up.

It’s knowing who you’re giving it to. 🤍

Tonight, after all the movement, sweat, laughter, and worship, we slowed down and remembered:

I don’t have to figure everything out.
I just have to remember whose I am. 🕊️

I am His. ☺️

And because I am His,
I can trust Him with all of me. 🙏🏽✨

And these women… 🥹🤍
I’m so grateful God gives us this time each week to move, worship, encourage one another, pray together, and grow in faith together.

Pound & Praise is so much more than a class. It’s community, connection, encouragement, and faith in motion. 🕊️

I’m so thankful I get to do this with you. 🤍

You are His.
And you are never alone. ✝️

💯What if worship looked less like holding it all together... and more like breaking your alabaster? 🤍🏺

Tonight at Pound & Praise, we didn't just break a sweat, we broke our alabaster before Jesus.✝️

"While He was in Bethany... a woman came with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume... She broke the jar and poured the perfume on His head." Mark 14:3📖

The alabaster jar wasn't just valuable, it represented something deeply personal. When the woman broke it, there was no taking it back. She poured everything she had onto Jesus because she knew He was worthy.

Maybe your alabaster isn't a jar.💯

Maybe it's your pride.🔥
Your fear.🔥
Your need to control everything.🔥
Your unforgiveness🔥
Your pain.🔥
Your plans.🔥

Tonight, with every beat, every step, and every song, we were reminded that Jesus isn't asking for perfection, He's asking for surrender.🤲🤲🤲Brokenness in God's hands isn't the end, it's the beginning of freedom.💯💯🙌🙌

True worship is breaking your alabaster before Jesus pouring out everything you are because He is worthy.🙌🙌🙌

💭 Reflection:
What is God asking you to lay down today so you can worship Him with your whole heart?

🙏 Prayer:
Jesus, You are worthy of everything I have. Break anything in me that keeps me from knowing You more deeply. I surrender my fears, my pride, my plans, and my pain to You. Let my life become a sweet fragrance that points others to You. Amen.

🤍 Takeaway:
The greatest worship isn't what we sing, it's what we surrender..

There's something so special about what God does when we simply come with open hearts. 🤍

Tonight we reflected on Psalm 51:10:

📖"Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me."

David's prayer wasn't centered on changing his circumstances, it was centered on God changing his heart. He knew that when God transforms the heart, everything else begins to change. Our perspective changes. Our relationships change. The way we love others changes. The way we see ourselves changes.

Tonight, maybe the greatest victory wasn't finishing every movement or keeping every beat. Maybe the greatest victory was showing up. Maybe it was choosing joy instead of discouragement. Maybe it was worshiping even while carrying something heavy.💗💗💗

God isn't looking for perfection. He's looking for hearts that are willing to be shaped by Him. Every time we come into His presence, we give Him another opportunity to renew us, not just physically, but spiritually and emotionally as well.

🙏My prayer is that everyone who walks through those doors leaves with more than just a good workout. I pray you leave feeling encouraged, renewed, and reminded that God is still working in your life. Sometimes the greatest transformation isn't what happens physically; it's what God is doing in our hearts. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who came tonight. Thank you for showing up, worshiping with your whole heart, and being part of this incredible community. It is truly a blessing to grow in faith together.✝️🙌

The workout may be over, but God's work in us continues. May you walk into this week with a steadfast spirit, trusting that the One who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it. 💚🙏
