We offer programs for Kids (ages 5-12) and Teens/Adults who want to learn a proven self defense system, gain newfound confidence, and get in the absolute best shape of their life! Coach Andy Henson is a 5th degree Black Belt in Kempo Karate under Master Ken Longacre; Black Belt in Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Ben Rhodes; and is a certified Hawaiian Kempo instructor under Master John Hackleman.
