Good Evening! We still have a couple spots to fill on our 9th/10th grade girls team. If you know of any talented girls please let us know. the cost for the entire season is $700. Practice twice a week 8-10 tournaments during spring and summer. If you have any questions please let us know.

The travel season started a little earlier for us this year. We had our first official tournament of the season yesterday (Waiting on Uniforms). All the teams played extremely well!

Middle School Girls:

The middle school girls were undefeated on the day until the last game. They lost several players throughout the day. They had to finish the last game with only five players. One of which had rolled her ankle the game before. They still almost went out and won the game. Great job ladies and coaches! Several future next level players on this team!

5th/6th Grade Boys:

The 5th/6th grade boys team went 3-0 and won the 6th grade championship. Each and every one of those boys had a big impact in their championship game. The other team fought back toward the end, but our boys kept making play after play. They never lost their composure. The future is bright! Great job boys and coaches!

5th Grade Girls:

The 5th Grade girls played against some really good competition. They have not had one practice together as a full team yet. They added one player to the team this year and were missing one. They didn’t let the size and age of the other teams stop them from getting it done. Catch ‘em if you can! 🏃‍♀️💨 Great job ladies and coaches!

Good Morning! All the coaches are super excited to have the athletes out tonight for tryouts. If each of you have a ball please bring it to tonight’s tryouts. Due to the amount of athletes coming and space in the gym; tryouts will be closed off to the parents and will need to drop off and pickup your athlete. If you have any questions please let us know.

Good Morning! My name is Jarrid Vernoy. I am the assistant varsity girls coach at Liberty Christian Academy. In addition, I am the Regional Director for Nike Phenom National Camps. Mike Mills has passed the travel basketball program over to me along with the help of some coaches involved in the program. I really appreciate Mike getting this program started. It has helped foster the love my own girls have for the game of basketball. We are rebranding things a little bit; as well as adding a boys side to the program. We will now be Nike Liberty Premier Basketball. We have set up a new page for the program. Please follow the new page as well for information in regards to next season. The season will run from the middle of March through the end of July.

We are going to have a quick tryout for each age group.

The cost to tryout is free. If your athlete makes the team for their respective group the cost will be $700 for the season. The money would be due by Nov. 15th. This will include two sets of college level Nike uniforms. As well as a nike shooting shirt and backpack. The coach for that team will have control over the schedule and what tournaments they sign up for to play in. This will equate to at least 8-10 tournaments. In addition, we will likely be hosting our own tournament to start the season (details to come). As well as gaining business sponsors for the program. The more money raised will allow for the teams to play in more or even higher level tournaments. If you have any questions please feel to reach out!
