Our new gentle, adaptive class starts tomorrow! Tell someone! ❤️ Read below for all the details! 👇🏼
🌞📞This summer, we’re calling on EVERYBODY who thinks THEIR BODY doesn’t belong in a fitness class to THINK AGAIN! 🤔❤️ We are excited to introduce “Mindful Movement”— a brand new class that is coming to our schedule Fridays @8:00am for the months of June and July. Taught by special guest instructor Paul Webb, this adaptive series is the perfect class for those looking for a very slow introduction into fitness. In just 30 minutes, you’ll begin to gently build strength, flexibility, and mobility through guided movements that may utilize chairs for stability, light weights, and floor work on mats. This is an appropriate class for those with chronic conditions or who have recently undergone surgeries or other treatments. Come explore and celebrate what your body CAN do! As with all our regularly scheduled weekly classes, this class does not require any pre-registration, and a $5 suggested donation is greatly appreciated. Tag someone in the comments below who you think this class would be just right for! ⬇️🥰👍🏻
Note: Due Paul Webbecialized nature of this class, this class will NOT be offered on ZOOM.
