Dates and things to remember voted on by the board and new board members.

*Tasha Biles stepped down as treasurer and the board nominated Tyler Hatfield. Tasha done great job and everyone please thank her for her service.

* Still 65$ per child no multiple child discount as last year(After insurance, hat, and shirt theres not enough extra to give discounts) it also has been the same price for 4yrs now.

* Age groups: 5u (4 and 5 yrs old)
8u (6,7,8yrs old)
12u (9,10, 11, 12 yrs old)

(Age cut off is 4/30/26 which means what age the child is on 4/30/26 is the childs playing age. So if you turn 13 on that day or before you are not eligible to play in the league. If you turn 9 on 4/30/26 or before then the child moves up from 8u to 12u. If a child is close to the cut off and gets evaluated to stay down by the coaches, thats what will happen. A parents choice wll be taken into consideration if they want them to play up or down but it also turns into a safety hazard on both sides so the best choice for the safety of the child and the other players will over rule what a parent wants to happen.) we want the best result for all the players and the decisions made are made on that with safety #1.

* Opening Day will be April 6. If possible. Detail’s at later date.

* Sunday MARCH 1st-Last day to sign up

* Tryouts to be Announced at later date.

*First games start April 6th. (schedule to be released after number of teams are determined after tryouts)

* Season length to run from April 6th- May 20th.

* Next Mandatory coach and board meeting to be announced later.

There will be a board meeting this Friday night 1/16 at 6:00 at Moore county Highschool in brittanys room. All positions for board will be voted on. All coaches are requested to attend.

Change of plans: We are going to try to play tonight Championship 12u, 6:15. Guys are working on field now. If rain will hold off we will be able to get it done. We need to finish before ppl go on vacation.
