24 Hours of Murph

We have slots available late Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening. If you can't sign up through EventBrite, feel free to come and pay at the gym ($20).

Heats start at the top of each hour. Come a bit early, fill out a waiver, warm-up, and 3-2-1 go.

We will have lots of red, white, and blue decorations plus a chance to win a very nice gift basket filled with goodies from Born Primitive, WodnDone, and Bear Komplex.

Welcome to Heavy Lift Home Gym. It has all the toys you would expect at a CrossFit box but in a smaller setting. The gym comes with a very tough 400 m course free of charge.
