The air we breathe, the water that sustains us, the ecosystems that quietly support life around us.

Everything is interconnected.

Maybe caring for the earth also means remembering that we are part of it too.

okay but who decided meditation means having a completely quiet mind?

because honestly, that belief keeps a lot of people from even starting.

thoughts are going to happen.
feelings are going to come up.
your attention will drift.

that does not mean you are doing it wrong.

meditation is not about forcing silence.
it is about awareness.

the practice is in noticing… and gently returning to the present moment again and again.

sometimes one mindful breath is enough to begin 🖤
