From. Dylan: I am so happy and grateful to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Harvard!

Thank you to my parents for supporting me in every aspect of my life and throughout my journey with running, from my dad picking up running again so he could train me, to my mom talking me through the tough workouts. I could not be more proud to be your daughter. Thank you to my sister and brother for supporting me through the all-day meets, late-night runs, and everything in between. Thank you to my coach, Jude, for teaching me to dream big and pushing me to make those dreams a reality. And finally, thank you to Coach Gibby and Coach Saretsky for giving me this amazing opportunity!

Congratulations to Dylan McElhinney and Zariel Machia who qualified for the Footlocker National Cross Country Championships in San. Diego. The two best middle distance runners in NY and among the 40 chosen nationally to compete continue to write a historic resume of achievement and friendship as they enter their senior year.

It is nearly impossible to be recruited for softball into an SEC school in the Northeast… 4 years ago began the trek of coming from Bay Ridge,Brooklyn to work on her speed and strength as a softball player. Many 8pm 2 hour drives and early 8am Saturday workouts later. has decided to continue to pursue her athletic and academic career in the toughest conference in the country! Sacrifice ,consistency,work ethic define the athlete. Couple those attributes with parents committed to her success is an unbeatable combination.
I am beyond proud of you ! Now the real work begins. Let’s go make some SEC noise!
