Rock Steady Boxing is a specialized, non-contact fitness program designed to help people with Parkinson's fight back against the symptoms of the disease through exercise, movement, and community support.

🎄 Christmas Challenge Week – Senior Fitness Classes 🎄

💪This week, our senior fitness classes took on our Christmas Challenge — and absolutely crushed it!
From coordination drills and balance challenges to fun memory games, everyone pushed themselves, laughed a lot, and proved that staying sharp is just as important as staying strong.

💖These activities weren’t just fun — they help improve balance, coordination, reaction time, and mental focus, all of which matter for everyday life and long-term health.

🙏We’re incredibly proud of our seniors for showing up, trying new things, and bringing such great energy into every class. Fitness at any age should be enjoyable, challenging, and empowering — and that’s exactly what this week was about.

👏 Great work to everyone who participated! 👏
