Fall trap season starts tomorrow!!!! Shooting begins at 4:15ish. Bring your gun and shooting gear! We will also need payment to shoot. Please check in at the desk when you arrive so we can take care of business . New shooters are welcome and should come to the sportsman’s club around 5:30. Thanks everyone!!

We are looking for a Youth Trap Team Assistant Coach
Schedule: Mondays, Sept 14 – Oct 19 (6 weeks) | 4:15 PM – 6:30 PM
At- Rock County Sportsman's Club

We are seeking a safety-focused & encouraging Assistant Coach to help lead our youth clay target team during our upcoming fall season. This role works alongside the Head Coach to teach firearm safety, shooting fundamentals, and sportsmanship to student-athletes in a positive environment.

Mentor youth athletes on focus, mental resilience, and team sportsmanship.
Assist with range operations, trap machine setup, loading clays.

Knowledge of trap shooting fundamentals and range safety protocols would be helpful.
Try to be available for all 6 Monday sessions (Sept 14 – Oct 19, 4:15 PM – 6:30 PM).

Certification through USA Clay Target League- Trap team will pay for this on-line certification.
Come and hang out with this great group of kids.

Fall Trap Season is about to begin. This year we will NOT be doing pre-season meetings for returning members.

All returning league and in-house members are come for the start of season on Monday, September 14th between 4:15-6:00 to shoot. Bring all your shooting gear and payment of $120 payable to Luverne Trap Team.

If you are new to the sport (Grades 6-12), please come to the Rock County Sportsman's Club at 5:30pm for a quick informational meeting and orientation. We require proof of Hunter Safety Certification, Liability Waiver completion by parent/guardian and payment of $50.

Tonight we closed out our spring trap season with our annual fun night!! Great food (Thanks Jon-E-1), awards, and tons of fun was had by our shooters and their families!! And to cap off the night Logan Wrigg score not just one perfect round, but 2 in a row!!! Congrats on your first 50 Logan!
