Brilliant, engaging, interactive, and so well put together. These are words we would use to describe Victoria’s 500 hour graduation from Pose By Pose Yoga.

I have been honored to work with her for the past three years getting her many certificates, including her 200 hour RYT, restorative yoga sound healing, chair, yoga, breathwork and more.
Victoria is a beautiful example of of how putting yourself out there and opening yourself to new things really pays off. I’m also very lucky to have her as an employee working in my boy’s mental health program.

Victoria, we are so blessed to have you as part of our community and are so glad that you will continue to be involved with the program.

Pose by Pose Yoga just turned 14! That means we have had over 160 consecutive months of yoga teacher trainings, thousands of graduates, and tens of thousands training hours taught.

I am so appreciative of the support of our growing community. My hope is that training continues to have success helping share what we have learned from our teachers. 🙏

This week in studio, we are having a yoga book sale. We just have too many books! So if you’d like to create your own yoga library, now is the time. Books will be $10 each, please bring cash though.

The sale will start Saturday in our yoga teacher training- so they get the first look. I’ll have a table set until Friday the 7th of August.

I’ll repeat the sale at the next Bookclub. I’ll even photograph some offerings if you want to reserve a book.
