Traditional Crossfit will be the primary training method and class structure. There will also be secondary programs with emphasis on specific training modalities such as Strongman element(s), specif

ic sport development, Endurance, Olympic Lifting, and Gymnastics. The "specialty" classes will be administered as optional workshops and training sessions. Aerofit our high intensity, non-barbell class is included in the unlimited monthly membership or Aerofit only membership rate. Personal training, Adaptive CrossFit and Physical Therapy is available by appointment between group classes. CF Aero is located adjacent to Tampa Aero Park North in ComPark75, a Morgan Enterprises owned, Multi-purpose facility situated about a mile and a half west of I75, directly off of SR54. The facility is 3,300SF, so there is plenty of room to accommodate multiple classes. We also have an option on the adjacent space, making expansion a convenient, seamless integration.

Today we honored the life and sacrifice of Lt. Michael Murphy the best way we know how, together.

It was hot, hard, humbling, and worth every second. Proud of every athlete that showed up, pushed through, encouraged each other, and finished strong. Thank you for showing up Aero Strong as always. This community is something special. ❤️💪

The worst kept secret is out. Thousands of people in the Tampa area missed out on HYROX tickets. Its disappointing to say the least. However, as an affiliate we think its important to give those of you who train for HYROX the ability to get the race experience and not have to take out a second mortgage to do it. We will be holding a full HYROX race simulation at our facility on Sunday 10/25 (Yes the same day as the last day of the official event).

We are offering a 10% discount until this Friday, May 15th. If you are hoping that more tickets for the official event become available and are holding out, god speed to you. This event is open to the public. We are anticipating a huge rush just before the event in October for those who want to get the experience. So, lock in your spot now with a 10% discount !! And Yes....................you get a t shirt !

Didn’t get HYROX Tampa tickets??

CrossFit Aero as an official HYROX traning facility and since we got boxed out (like most of the local affiliates) will be hosting our own HYROX-simulation race on Sunday - October 25th (Yes, the same date as the race)!.
This event is for the people who still wanted the experience, still want the challenge, and still want a fun community atmosphere without the madness of the ticket disaster.
Here are the details:
Same standards and divisions as the race. Singles $85, Doubles $140 and team relays $200 with an early bird discount of 10% for a very limited time until 5/15. Were even gonna throw in a kick ass t shirt to wear with pride !!
- Less than half the price of the official HYROX Tampa event. You dont need to pay a mortgage payment to enjoy the race!!!
- Free Parking (good luck with that at the convention center)
- Athlete Village (Bring tents, coolers, chairs and hang out and cheer people on)

So for everyone who got waitlisted, missed out, rage refreshed the website, screamed into the void, or watched tickets disappear while your payment was still processing… we got you.

🚨 CrossFit Aero will be hosting our own HYROX-style competition on October 25th 🚨
