Our Free Sport Physical day will be July 31st and August 1st at St. James Parish Hospital Rehab and Therapy Center. Physical packets can be picked up from LHS front office. Attached is a checklist for what students will need to complete. Also attached is just the physical form.
NOTE: You need to complete the whole packet to tryout and participate in sports at LHS (pick up from the front office).

⚽️ High School Soccer Meeting ⚽️

We will be holding a mandatory player and parent meeting for all students planning to participate in high school soccer next season. This includes incoming 9th graders, as well as any students who are interested in joining the program — even if you’re still deciding and just want more information.

We’ll go over summer workouts, program expectations, and how players can prepare for a successful season.
