Just wrapped up an incredible visit to the Bible Museum! 📖We had a great time exploring all the cool exhibits, but the highlight for me was definitely the walk of Jesus. The displays were amazing, and they had some interactive staff sharing messages of Jesus.

The museum’s warm and welcoming environment made it a perfect place to immerse ourselves in history. One of the most memorable moments was the worship experience—seeing visual art come to life was such a creative way to worship God! 🙏❤️ Highly recommend this place!

✨ Hey everyone! I wanted to take a moment to share a personal journey with you all. After a tough surgery this past July, getting back into the gym felt like climbing a mountain. The struggles were real—some days I felt strong, while others left me feeling defeated. But through it all, I learned the importance of truly listening to my body and giving myself grace. ☺️

Every step, no matter how small, is a victory worth celebrating. Whether it was completing a workout, stretching a little further, or simply showing up, those small wins added up and fueled my motivation. It’s amazing how recognizing these moments can shift your mindset to something positive and empowering.

Yentl, I wanted to take a moment to express how incredibly proud I am of you. Your hard work and dedication over these past months have truly paid off, and the results are nothing short of inspiring. Losing over 20 lbs and more than 8% body fat is a remarkable achievement, and it speaks volumes about your commitment to your fitness and nutrition goals.

You set your sights on obtaining that army contract, and you didn’t just reach your goal—you surpassed it! Your determination and perseverance have shown that you are capable of amazing things. This is Emily, we have been working together for the past couple months and her journey has been nothing short of inspiring. From the very beginning, she set clear goals for herself and remained committed to achieving them. To date she has lost over 6% body fat.

Throughout this process, Emily demonstrated unwavering discipline and made significant changes to her diet and exercise routine. She embraced a healthier and balanced approach to eating, incorporating nutritious foods and portion control into her meals. She also found joy in physical activity, exploring different forms of exercise and making it a regular part of her daily routine.

But beyond the physical changes, Emily’s transformation is also evident in her mindset and overall well-being. She has developed a positive relationship with her body and learned to appreciate and love herself at every stage of her journey. She has become more confident, resilient, and empowered.

What is body composition? It gives you a more in depth understanding of your weight and health, helps you to track diet and exercise progress and uses the power data to set you up for success. Now, you may be asking "Why is this important?". Well body composition is a more accurate measure of your weight and health than BMI because it divides your weight into fat, muscle and water. It tells you exactly what you're losing, gaining and/or maintaining. With body composition analysis, you can measure your fat and muscle mass, track your progress and make changes needed to meet your goals. DM me to hear how you can get your initial scan!

Good morning ☀️ I’m Coach Sal and I wanted to take some time this morning to share a little bit about myself. I’m originally from Texas but joined the Army and left home in 2007. I have had the opportunity to live all over the world.

I retired from the United States Army this time last year and am now able to dedicate more time to the fitness industry. I am a graduate of the University of Health and Performance and have obtained various other credentials increasing my ability to help more people.

I’ve worked for both corporate and small gyms, but wanted to go into business for myself. So this is my beginning, my adventure and my new chapter.
