🥋 This Sunday is the final Women’s Self-Defense class of our 6-week session! 🥋

Over the past six weeks, these women have learned practical self-defense skills, built confidence, and challenged themselves in new ways. We’re proud of all the hard work and dedication they’ve shown along the way!

Starting June 1st we will be adjusting our membership prices!

Announcement: Price Increase Effective June 1, 2026

We would like to inform you that, effective June 1, 2026, there will be a price adjustment for our Jiu Jitsu programs. This decision has been made to ensure we continue providing quality training and facilities.

The new pricing will be as follows:

- Adults Jiu Jitsu: $70 per month
- Kids Jiu Jitsu: $55 per month
- Drop-in Rate: $15 per class
- Punchcard (12 classes): $170
- Women’s Self-Defense 6-Week Series: $60
