Lo**ta San Miguel , 1st generation teacher . One of a few who were trained by Joe Pilates himself. She’s still going strong at 91 , preserving the authentic teachings of Pilates and honoring the life of Joseph Pilates. My time spent with Lo**ta was memorable and I continue to teach many of the exercises she taught me, especially the neck stretches!❤️
