We heard you loud and clear! For years, TRU Challenge has been known as the competition for the 95% of athletes who aren’t elite-level firebreathers. But we also know there are athletes who are MORE advanced than Intermediate
 yet still don’t qualify in the top 10% of rankings in The Open. That’s exactly why we created the NEW RX Division.

Now you can compete against athletes who are closer to your actual ability level - pushing harder, competing smarter, and having WAY more fun doing it.

WHAT IS TRU CHALLENGE?
Formerly known as Festivus Games, TRU Challenge has been bringing functional fitness athletes together since 2011. This event is designed for everyday athletes who love fitness, community, and competition. When the workouts are released, you’ll finally look at them and say: “I CAN do that.”

Expect an incredible atmosphere filled with:

✅Loud cheers
✅Tough workouts
✅High fives
✅Community vibes
✅PR moments

11 years of chaos, community, PRs, bad decisions that somehow turned into good stories, and way too many burpees.

11 years ago, we opened the doors with a vision and a whole lot of hope. Since then, CrossFit QFE has become so much more than a gym. It’s become a second home, a family, a place where people have walked in nervous and unsure and turned into stronger, more confident versions of themselves.

We’ve celebrated big wins, survived hard seasons, watched friendships form, watched members become coaches, and seen people do things they never thought they could do.

And somehow
 y’all still keep showing up for wall balls, burpees, and whatever unhinged idea we come up with next.

To every member, coach, supporter, sponsor, friend, and family member who has been part of these last 11 years
 thank you. QFE would not be what it is without every single one of you.

It’s not supposed to feel easy. It’s supposed to challenge you.

Shaky legs. Heavy breathing. That moment mid-workout where your brain is trying to convince you to stop
and you don’t.

Because you’ve got a coach in your ear, people next to you grinding, and a room that doesn’t let you quit on yourself.

That’s what this is about. Not perfection. Not being the best in the room. Just showing up and doing hard things together.
