Yesterday, we celebrated the 69th Anniversary of the 1 In 100 Gun Club!
Good food, great fellowship and good ol' SETX summer weather, it was a wonderful day spent with the people who make this club what it is, our members!
We wouldn't be where we are today without your continued support. Over the years, we've grown into a premier shooting facility where you're never treated like just another customer, you become part of the family, and that's exactly how we treat you!
I started working here in December 2014, and have been the General Manager since November 2019. In that time, we've doubled our membership, made many improvements, and have made this a gun club to be proud of! But that growth isn't because of me, it's because of each of you! You've shared your passion for the shooting sports, invited friends and family to experience the club, and helped countless people discover a new passion of their own and become a member!
We've continued to improve our r***e, pistol, and rimfire ranges, expand our sporting clays courses, upgrade the pavilion, add cart barns, and make countless other improvements across the facility. For the past three years, we've also thrown more than 1 million sporting clays targets annually!
We're proud to host approximately 25 charity sporting clays fundraisers each year, 9 NSCA registered tournaments, 35 rimfire matches, and host five outstanding 4-H shooting sports clubs including Jefferson Co 4-H, Orange County 4H, Barbers Hill 4-H, Crosby 4-H, and Polk 4-H!
I could go on, but the point is this, thank you for believing in the 1 In 100 Gun Club, for supporting us through the years, and for helping us continue to grow. We are excited about what the future holds, and we look forward to welcoming both familiar faces and new ones for many years to come!
