This is what ASK Homeschool Karate Class looked like today! ❤️🖤

Punches, kicks, bags, drills, smiles, and plenty of energy! Our homeschool class gives kids a chance to get moving, learn real martial arts skills, build confidence, practice focus and discipline, and have FUN with other homeschool students.

And the best part? No previous karate experience is needed! Beginners are absolutely welcome. 🙌

Our homeschool program is a great option for families looking to add some structured physical activity to their school week without taking up the entire day.

We are so proud to spotlight Allie (Allison), one of our Blue Belt students who has recently joined the Allen Sport Karate Leadership Program! ⭐

Allie has already been stepping up and helping with classes, assisting younger students, and showing what it means to be a positive role model on and off the mat. We are so excited to watch her continue to grow in her skills, confidence, and leadership!

Our Leadership Program is about so much more than karate. Students have the opportunity to:

🥋❤️ WHAT AN AWESOME MORNING OF KARATE! ❤️🥋

We had an amazing morning with the children at St. John United Methodist Church and Lugoff First Baptist Church Children’s Ministry! We loved getting to introduce the kids to karate, have fun, and watch them learn new skills!

If your child attends St. John United Methodist Church or Lugoff First Baptist Church Children’s Ministry, we would LOVE to have them join us for karate! 🥋

Karate is about so much more than kicks and punches. It helps children build confidence, discipline, focus, coordination, strength, respect, and perseverance while giving them a fun and positive way to stay active. Through karate, children learn to set goals, overcome challenges, listen, follow directions, and keep going even when something is difficult. These are skills they can carry with them both on and off the mat! ❤️

We are so excited to be partnering with these children’s ministries and bringing the benefits of martial arts directly to their students. We can’t wait to see these kids grow, learn, and gain confidence through karate! 🥋💪

We had SUCH a great night Saturday! 🥳💙 The kids had so much fun playing games, laughing, running around, and just enjoying a night full of fun!

🎲 We played REAL-LIFE games on the karate mat — and honestly, we were having SO much fun that we completely forgot to take pictures during the games! 😂 You can see all the equipment still set up on the mat, though, and trust us… it was SO much fun! 🙌
