Always great to run into Sensei Nichols from Prowling Tigers Huntington. If you are in Huntington, stop by his studio for some great karate lessons.....and definitely hit up his coffee shop (The Dojo Coffeehouse) which is Sifu Brad's official favorite in East Texas. Tonight we are cheering on wrestling matches at the Lufkin Veterans of Foreign Wars Post.

While competition isn't our main focus at Wind in the Pines Kung Fu, whenever our martial artists set their sights on the ring, we step up to help them prepare to give it their absolute all.

Instructor Willie will be competing locally right here in Lufkin at the Gloves Over Violence Bout on September 19th!

Alex, Ziyaan, and Jibran are hitting the road to represent us in Houston at the KMA Open Championships on September 12!

Win or lose, putting in the work and stepping into the ring takes courage, discipline, and hard work. Let’s show them some love and support as they finish up their training!

Wind in the Pines Cardio Kickboxing is officially booming. Watching our founding members completely transform their fitness in just six months of consistent training has been incredible, and the response from our community has been overwhelmingly positive.

At just $65 a month, you get high-energy, expert instruction that actually keeps you engaged—no staring at a blank wall on a treadmill required.

To keep up with demand and give everyone room to train hard, we are taking two huge steps:

Expanding Our Space: We are knocking out the back wall to merge with the adjacent unit, adding hundreds of square feet to the studio. Construction will be complete by Labor Day.

Adding More Guided Classes: We currently offer instructor-led training Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. We want to know which open gym slots you would like converted into instructor-led classes:

Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays from 8:00 to 9:00 PM

Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 PM

Sundays from 6:00 to 7:00 PM

Come check out Wind in the Pines Kung Fu at the Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce's New investor Showcase tonight from 5:30 - 7:00pm at the Pitser Garrison Convention Center in Downtown Lufkin.

Instructor Christine will be manning the booth...and bringing some training weapons that you aren't allowed to play with :-)
