We are thrilled to welcome Aby Gonzalez to our personal training team!

Aby has an Associate of Applied Science in Human Performance from Tyler Junior College and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from Stephen F. Austin State University. Aby is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in functional training, resistance training, and hypertrophy-focused programming designed to help individuals improve strength, performance, and overall health.

If you see Aby around the gym, be sure to give her a warm welcome!

Our Summer Slam Pickleball Camps are officially open for registration! Whether your kids want to learn the basics or you're looking to smash your way through advanced drills, we have a camp perfectly tailored to your skill level!

Led by instructor Ethan Davis, each camp runs from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM Thursday - Saturday. Check out the lineup below:

* Kids Camp (Ages 6-12): June 25th - 27th | $90
* Beginner Camp: July 9th - 11th | $100
* Intermediate Camp: July 16th - 18th | $110
* Advanced Camp: July 23rd - 25th | $120
