The boys basketball banquet will be held on Tuesday, May 4 at 7:15 in the high school gym. The girls basketball banquet will also be held on Tuesday, May 4--at 6:00. Both banquets are for JV and varsity players only. Drinks and desserts will be provided. Looking forward to celebrating our teams and players on their great seasons!!

CONGRATULATIONS to Ryan Gaiser, who was named Co-Player of the Year in Division 3, as well as Mr Hustle. Also, congratulations to Noah Hoffmeister and Liam Singer, who were named to the All-Conference team. Finally, congratulations to Matt Zwick, who was named as Co-Defensive Player of the Year.
The Panthers finished their season last night at the hands of St Henry, the #3 team in KY. Besides these individual awards, the team finished 18-10, winning the conference for the 3rd year in a row, as well as the first-ever NKAC D3 Conference Tournament! EVERY player on our team deserves a lot of recognition for the hard work they put in to make this a great season, especially considering the pandemic! Our guys were incredibly resilient!!

The boys escaped with a 68-57 win over a much-improved Villa Madonna squad in the first round of the 34th District Tournament last night. Balanced scoring was the rule, as 4 players hit double figures--Ryan Gaiser, Noah Hoffmeister, Jaxson Rice and Liam Singer.
We now advance to play St. Henry on Wednesday at Lloyd in another 5:00 game. If you can't make it to the game, you can watch it on livestream at https://youtu.be/z6laMbDIDMA.

The girls also open district play tonight at 7:45 with a first-round match vs St. Henry. That game can also be seen at https://youtu.be/oTJ1NC7we4M.

For fans who plan to attend our game tonight at Owen Co, we are permitted to have 60 fans, which works out to about 4 per player. Game time is 7:00. There is no JV game, so it will start on time. COVID screenings, masks and social distancing are required and they ask for exact change if possible. All fans are $5 apiece.
