Saturday was our gym cookout! We had great weather, good food and even better company!

Thank you to everyone who showed up! We think it's important to connect off the mats too and hope that we create a welcoming environment here at our gym that goes beyond the mats. Jiujitsu (and other martial arts) is more than a sport, it's many things but this past Saturday it was about community.

Our next cookout will be this fall and we hope to grow this tradition.
