Grit 24 Fitness is bringing the ultimate functional fitness challenge to Ludlow. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’re an elite athlete, DEKA is designed to test your strength, endurance, agility, and power across 10 standardized zones.

WHAT IS DEKA?
There are 3 ways to compete, and you move through the stations at your own pace (reps are judged):
💪 STRONG: 10 stations, no running
🏃 MILE: 10 stations + 160m run before each
🔥 FIT: 10 stations + 500m run before each
