Lori inspired me to share my broken sticks! In the last year (ish) I’ve broken 9 sticks, 4 of them in the last 2 weeks!

Breaking a stick was one of my main goals in Pound because it felt like a right of passage as an instructor. So take this as your sign to never give up!

You can come join the Pound Posse on Tuesday nights at 7 and Thursday nights at 6!
