Can't Stop Running Company Cross Country Camp Can't Stop Running Company XC Camp is a multi-day, overnight camp designed to help student athletes develop as better runners in Ludlow Falls, Ohio.

Can't Stop Running Co XC Camp 2015 is a multi-day, overnight camp designed to help student athletes develop as better runners. Held at Indian Hills 4-H Camp in Pleasant Hill, OH at the end of July, the CSRC XC Camp 2015 will offer great opportunities and experiences for any male or female athlete competing in the 2015 XC Season. Some of the camp offerings include:

Cross Country & Road Runs

Training Drills / Core Workouts / Plyometrics
Team Games, Pool Activities, Fishing, Basketball, Ultimate Frisbee, & more. Guest Speakers on Nutrition, Injury Prevention, Equipment, Goal Setting, and a College Athlete Panel Discussion

Accomodations, Meals, Snacks, Camp Shirt, and Activities are all included in the total price for the multi-day camp.

Give your runner the kind of camp experience that you remember from your childhood. It’s about cabins and games, swimming and great food, the Milk Mile and guest speakers, early morning runs and new friendships. We want to foster and grow every athletes love of running!

You will hear from dynamic speakers covering many topics, go on daily group runs, meet new friends from other schools, interact with college counselors who were just like you and even take a crack at the famous MILK MILE!

We would like to congratulate 2 of last year's camp counselors on recent accomplishments. Simon Heys, Wilmington College, ran 13:57 for 5k and Faith Duncan, Wilmington College, ran 32:57 for 10k, which is #3 time in NCAA D3 history!
