Ludington Offshore Classic The Ludington Offshore Classic is one of the premier Great Lakes sport fishing tournaments. The 2021 tournament will be held July 13-18.

Ludington is considered one of, if not the best, port on the Great Lakes for trout and salmon fishing, with tremendous facilities and a downtown within blocks of our marinas.

The Ludington Offshore Classic wrapped up an exciting week of competition on Sunday with the Pro/Am tournament on the waters of Lake Michigan off the coast of Ludington! 🎣Saturday’s event was cancelled due to high wave action, so all scores were based off Sunday’s totals.

Congratulations to Hammbone, winner of the Pro Division and recipient of the $20,000 grand prize (182.05 #)! 🏆 The Amateur Division title went to the Offline crew, who reeled in a $10,000 prize (150.20 #).

Thank you to all of the anglers, volunteers, sponsors, and fans who made this year's tournament another memorable celebration of world-class fishing in Pure Ludington!

Tournament Update 7/18: Due to a Small Craft Advisory and continued rough water conditions, the Tournament Committee has made the decision to cancel today’s Pro/Am Day 1.

Stay tuned for additional information regarding the remainder of the tournament schedule, but we are expecting to go out for Day 2 tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding.
