Hook and Catch Wrestling Club We are a Martial Arts Club specializing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Wrestling, and Amateur Wrestling for both adults and children.

Our programs focus on technical development, physical fitness, and competitive training. Corey Ottgen is a certified trainer in grappling, professional wrestling and JiuJitsu. He has a 1st degree Black Belt in Submission Fighting from Dan "the Beast" Severn. Corey has been learning, training, coaching & competing for the better part of two decades. He now bring his expertise to the Mason County Area.
