🎉 Believe it or not we just hit ONE YEAR! 🎉

We can’t believe it’s already been a year since we opened the doors at Muscle & Power Gym!

What started as an idea has turned into something we’re incredibly proud of. More importantly, it’s become a place where people come in every day, put in the work, encourage each other, and chase their goals. 💪

To every member who has supported us, trusted us, brought a friend, told someone about the gym, or simply showed up and put in the work THANK YOU! You are the reason for our continued success!

🚨 NEW GYM POLICY EFFECTIVE TODAY 🚨

In an effort to create a more “welcoming and less intimidating environment,” all weights over 25 lbs have been removed from the floor.

That means:
❌ No heavy bench
❌ No deadlifts over 25 lbs
❌ No ego lifting

We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize comfort over strength.
