NFA UPDATE!

Good morning Folks, we have had a substantial amount of questions about the SilencerShop Vs ATF ruling. What this ruling does is ultimately allows you to purchase NFA items with a standard NICS background check, bypassing the NFA wait.

HOWEVER, at this time, Mississippi has NFA laws built into their state laws. This is always subject to change, but it hasn’t.

What this means for you and I.

Unfortunately, we are still required to submit a Form 4 and wait for ATF approval. We are hoping to see the wait times drop, due to 27 states no longer having to submit forms.

Call your representatives and help get Mississippi NFA free!
