There’s something special about community outside the walls of the gym too.

A huge thank you to Tootie Courtney for hosting members of Country Road Fitness at Courtney Farms today. The flowers were beautiful, the weather held out, and the company was even better.

Moments like this remind us that CRF is about more than workouts. It’s friendships, connection, laughter, and doing sometimes life together.

In November, Leslie walked through our doors and made a decision that has completely changed her life: she stayed consistent.

Since then, she’s continued showing up week after week — and it shows.

Her strength has improved.
Her endurance has improved.
Her range of motion has improved.
But more importantly, her confidence has grown too.

What’s been most inspiring to watch isn’t perfection or fast results. It’s her attitude. Leslie walks into the gym with a smile on her face, works hard, encourages others, and reminds everyone around her that progress comes from simply continuing to show up.

This is what real transformation looks like.
