While our tryout process is only partially complete and we continue working to connect with every interested player and family, we already have some major commitments secured that will help shape the future of Hotshots Naudin.

The response to our tryouts has been incredible, and we remain committed to thoroughly evaluating every athlete seeking an opportunity within our program. As that process continues, we are excited about the direction of both our National and Premier teams.

Big announcements are on the way.

The future is taking shape. The standard is rising. And we can’t wait to introduce the athletes who will help lead the next chapter of Hotshots Naudin.

TRYOUT UPDATE

Due to the severe weather and active weather alerts in the area, we are going to cancel today’s tryouts before they begin.

The safety of our players, families, and staff has to come first. We appreciate everyone who made plans to attend and understand the disappointment of not being able to get on the field today.

We will be in touch with all registered players and families regarding next steps, alternative evaluation opportunities, and future workout dates. Thank you for your understanding, and please stay safe as the weather moves through the area. We look forward to connecting with each of you soon.

Hotshots Tryouts remain ON as scheduled.

We understand some families may choose not to attend due to distance, weather, or travel concerns, and we completely respect those decisions. Your safety comes first.

If weather impacts our ability to complete the tryout, or if you are unable to attend this weekend, we will connect with every interested player and family to ensure we have an opportunity to evaluate you through an alternate workout or future session.

We appreciate the tremendous response and look forward to seeing everyone who is able to make it out. Travel safely and we’ll see you at Allen Station.

Tryout update

The response to our upcoming tryouts has been extraordinary.

With times now confirmed, Hotshots Naudin has received the largest level of interest in program history across our 10U–14U age groups. The message is clear: athletes and families are looking for a program that demands more, develops more, and prepares players for the highest levels of the game.

If your goal is simply to play softball, there are many opportunities available.

If your goal is to compete alongside elite athletes, be coached by people who understand what it takes to reach the next level, and pursue the opportunities that come from performing on the biggest stages in our sport, this is your opportunity.

Our teams from 12U through 18U will compete at the PGF National Championships in California. We believe exposure is earned through preparation, development, and performance. Every workout, every practice, and every game is designed with that standard in mind.

The next generation of Hotshots athletes is being built now.

Come compete. Come be evaluated. Come measure yourself against the best. Take your place among athletes committed to reaching the top of the sport.

Registration remains open, but space within our evaluation groups is filling quickly. If you have not registered, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible.

The standard is set.

📣 TRYOUT UPDATE – TIMES CONFIRMED

The response to our upcoming Hotshots Naudin 10U–14U workouts and tryouts has been tremendous, and we appreciate the interest from families across North Texas and beyond.

After carefully reviewing registrations and designing a format that allows us to properly evaluate every athlete, we are excited to announce that our times are now confirmed:

📍 Allen Station Softball Complex – Field 3
📅 Saturday, June 13 & Sunday, June 14
🕤 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

These workouts are intentionally structured to provide meaningful evaluation opportunities while giving athletes and families a clear look at the standards, expectations, and culture of the Hotshots Naudin program.

Attendance is already very strong, so if you have not registered yet, please do so as soon as possible. While we will accept day-of registrations, advance registration helps us plan field space, coaching assignments, workout groups, and evaluation schedules to ensure the best possible experience for everyone involved.

We are looking for athletes who are serious about their development, committed to the process, and ready to compete at the highest levels. Our teams from 10U through 18U compete on some of the biggest stages in the country, including PGF National Championships, and we are excited to meet the next generation of players who want to pursue that journey.

🔥 14U USSSA Lonestar Championship MVP – Here We Come! 🔥

The road continues for the Hotshots Naudin Premier 12U as we step back onto the field this weekend to compete in the 14U USSSA Lonestar Championship MVP at Rowlett Community Park.

With 18 teams entered in the 14U division, every game matters. Pool play begins Saturday with three games against quality opponents before teams are seeded into either the Top Bracket or Bottom Bracket, both played in a double-elimination format.

This group has embraced every challenge put in front of them. Playing up, competing against older athletes, and continuing to raise the standard has become part of who they are. The growth, toughness, and confidence this team has shown over the last several months has been incredible to watch.

The future of Hotshots Naudin starts here.

As we prepare for our upcoming tryouts, our goal is simple: connect with athletes and families seeking a true national-level development environment and committed to reaching their highest potential.

From 12U through 18U, our teams have qualified for and will compete at the PGF National Championships in California—the highest level of competition in our sport. That opportunity is earned through commitment, preparation, and growth.

We believe exposure follows performance. Our responsibility is to provide athletes with elite coaching, competitive opportunities, and the platform to be seen. The athlete's responsibility is to embrace the process and put in the work necessary to maximize those opportunities.

These tryout dates are an important part of that process. We are intentionally evaluating every player who believes our program may be the right fit. We understand schedules can be challenging, which is why we have included a "Cannot Attend" option for those who have conflicts but are serious about being considered.

This is not simply about filling roster spots. It is about identifying athletes and families who are aligned with our culture, our standards, and our vision for development and long-term success.
