As a Golf Fitness Specialist, I am able to recognize functional athletic movements that require a highly complex and integrated training system. I can teach you proper exercise techniques to ensure no muscle imbalance, joint dysfunction, or tissue overload. These impairments may cause trauma or injuries. I can develop a routine to improve flexibility, balance, stability, strength, and stamina needed to perform at a higher level. I am able to work with any athlete with any sport and with any age.
