It's always the same code, so you'll only need to enter it once to access any of my rides.
You'll see the groups icon at the top the home screen in FulGaz, or you can enter it in FulGaz in the settings screen.
Once you've done that, quit FulGaz and restart it. You'll then find my rides in the "Group rides and Events" category.

Here is a good video of how to activate muscles before an event. Of course this is not fully inclusive, as each individual’s needs may vary, but can give athletes an idea of some full body movements to give you the best opportunity to succeed in your event as well as to prevent injury.

Nate Wilson at a very challenging edition of Ironman Florida. Nate came 7th in his age group.

John Culberson at Oilman Half Iron in Conroe, TX. John was 4th in his age group.

Coach Nik did Oilman Half Iron in Conroe, TX. A beautiful course with rolling hills on the bike going through Sam Houston National Forest and a twisty turny run on the Margaritaville Resort golf course!
Nik was 3rd woman overall and Masters Champion. Thankful for beautiful places to race in Texas!

It has been a whirlwind of a few days, but back to our regularly scheduled posting!!! We had some athletes find the finish line this weekend! Big Congrats to Amy Dawson finishing 3rd AG at the Palo Duro 15 miler last weekend!!!

With the Lubbock Mayor's Marathon less than two weeks away (October 31st), I wanted to let you know about a great opportunity to support endurance sports and fitness in our very own community. It is not often we get to contribute to the health and wellbeing of members of our own community and the Lubbock Mayor's Marathon is working hard to get more people fit and involved in the sports we love.

The "Charity Chaser" is a runner who will start 10 minutes behind the official marathon start time and attempt to chase down as many runners as possible. For each runner they pass, they will raise funds for The Mike and Marti Greer Foundation. Please see the following link for details:

Lots of runners feel that if they’re not dying on every run, they aren’t getting faster. While threshold running is good, there is a lot of good that comes from relaxing and getting comfortable running a ‘slower’ pace. Come find yourself ‘Happy Pace’ on Saturday at !!!
