Hey guys, SPU is in the middle of a much needed renovation. It looks like the gym is going to be shut down for the rest of the week into late next week. But we will let you all know as soon as everything is repaired and cleaned up! Thank you for your patience.

Hey SPU!

Change is coming! We will be undergoing many changes in the near future. The gym is changing directions and focus. As you come in, you will notice many alterations taking place in the physical building. In the upcoming months, the class structure and schedule will undergo many changes as well. Change can be hard, but it can also be beneficial and exciting. We don’t know exactly what the future holds, but we will try to keep you informed about details as soon as we have them. Thanks for partnering with us as we embrace the new direction that we feel Jesus is calling us to.
