✨October Student Spotlight✨
Congratulations, Samantha!

Sam started her aerial journey with us back in March this year in Intro to Pole classes. She has since explored heels and chair and has been extremely dedicated to her practice!

She made a new Pole Bestie in class and joined us for Ren Faire recently! We have enjoyed watching her confidence and skills grow. The difference in just a short 7 months is absolutely incredible 🧚‍♀️✨

See you next year, or at the next comic con 🫶

Hub City Ren Faire day is the most magical day ✨

The people, the food, trinkets, fits, and all the whimsy make this one of our favorite events in Lubbock 🧚‍♀️

Thank you to Louise Hopkins Underwood Center for the Arts for letting us participate every year ❤️

Jon Brown has grown so much since JANUARY as an aerialist and an artist! He makes his own props and brings magic to his performances 🪄✨

“This song tells the story of a man mourning the loss of his lover and processing his grief. In his final goodbyes, he has a magical encounter.”

What’s the difference between Heels Pole Foundations (L1) and Heels Pole Flow (L1-2)?

Heels Pole Foundations will introduce you to your heels, pleasers or similar, how to walk in them, how to use the edges, toe swivel, platform, and spike to make your movements more fluid. You’ll learn all about weight shifting, technique and form, as well as work on ankle conditioning and pole conditioning. It is best after completing Intro to Pole and paired with beginner pole classes to get familiar with pole spins, transitions, and floorwork.

Heels Pole Flow will build off those foundations with a focus on choreography and longer flows on both spin and static pole. Pole conditioning, floorwork, kips, and more pole tricks are involved, therefore, the foundations classes are recommended prior to signing up for heels pole flow.

Heels Pole Foundations- Mondays 6pm with vanessa_aerials

Heels Pole Flow- Saturdays 11am with Shell
