There are 18 weeks before the official 1st day of Summer(June 20th)…imagine the transformation you could make it you simply LOCKED IN🧐 Don’t say “Oh I still have 18 weeks.” Say “I only have 18 weeks!” and let’s get after it!!! We are not looking for 18 weeks of perfection but we are striving for 18 solid weeks of progression!!! Like seriously visualize what your transformation will be once you JUST LOCK IN!

When I took the pic back in July, I was not happy with how “soft” I was and how I had not muscle definition in my legs and arms. I took the pic in July just after I was released to begin lifting weights and have been lifting ever since!! Progress over Perfection but pretty proud of the results so far!!! Serena Carmen Brewster
