Can’t ride as much as you’d like? Do this instead!
There’s so much you can do off the horse to improve your riding. This simple mounting block exercise helps develop your canter seat so when you’re back in the saddle, it feels more natural and effective.
Progress doesn’t only happen in the saddle—use what you have and keep building.

If we want our horses to move freely, our hips have to move freely too. Supple hips are key to following the motion, staying balanced, and allowing your horse’s back to swing underneath you.
Add a few simple hip exercises into your routine and you’ll feel the difference in the saddle.
