✨We are at the Peak of Peak Week and the 5am Club came in Strong this morning!!!

✨The Energy is this crew is on another level!

✨Today we celebrate the Birthday Girl, Bricia Aguilar!!! Happy Birthday and we hope you have an amazing time celebrating the rest of your day. 🌺💖🦋

✨I brought in some Frozen Ka’chava Protein and Fruit Smoothies and some Ka’chava Protein Power Balls to celebrate and to keep us fueled and powered through the morning.

✨We enter this delicious season with some healthier options for success. We know that during this season of celebrating it is accompanied by lots of extra calories. And learning to adjust how we eat during this season helps us to maintain our goals.

✨Friday we celebrate Deb Jankowski’s 50 check-ins. Join us for another fun Peak workout and healthy snacks afterwards.

✨5am Club, it’s Peak Week on Halloween Never Miss a Monday!!!

✨It’s a busy Monday for most, AND these ladies still came out to crush their Monday workout! 💥

✨Working at a steady pace through every round and maintaining the peak heart rate that creates the metabolic conditioning that they will enjoy throughout today and tomorrow, cuz they went hard.
(That means, they’re muscles will still be burning fat even after they’re done working out.) 💪🏼🔥

✨We have an awesome week ahead of us, celebrating Bricia Aguilar’s birthday on Wednesday and Deb Jankowski’s 50 checkins on Friday!!!

✨There is so much to be thankful for this year and in this season, a Plankful November it will be. We’ll focus on perfecting The Plank which strengthens the Core and the Back muscles which helps to alleviate back pain. Planking also strengthens posture, coordination, flexibility, metabolism, and over all athleticism.

✨Strength & Agility Week! 💪🏼

✨The 5am Club was on Fire today! 🔥

✨Swiftly moving through Agility Drills that required lots of coordination and forced the body to work in all planes of motion, by putting the visual and audible commands to work.

✨Followed by some Heavy Total Body compound movements that brought on the muscle fatigue.

✨We celebrated Laura Foster Engel’s 50 check-ins today!!! So proud of you, can’t wait to see you hit your next milestone. 🤩

✨We’re back Wednesday 5am to celebrate Jossie-John Schubert’s 50 check-ins!
