Last week, our kids had a blast making Veterans Day cards for a local veterans hospital! 🎨💌 They poured all their energy and love into to their messages !!!

The veterans were so happy and grateful to receive them—it really made their day SPECIAL!

🏆 Earning a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is an incredibly difficult task. It’s years upon years of work. Fighting through adversity, injuries and everything else the world tries to throw at you.

Being a black belt doesn’t make you a hero or even a great human being, but it does mean you are capable of walking through some pretty hot fire. The real reward is experience of the journey and the tools that it gives you to help build the life that YOU want.

She had the biggest heart long before she started jiu jitsu, but now she is a true force to be reckoned with ❤️💃👊
