This one is a classic engine + shoulder burner… and it’s meant to be FAST.

12 minutes to move with intention:
⚡ Push Press = smooth, quick sets
⚡ Burpees = steady, don’t spike too early
⚡ Double Unders = stay relaxed + efficient

👉 The goal? Consistent movement from start to finish
Not a sprint… but not a jog either. Think controlled intensity you can hold for all 12 minutes.

If you blow up early, the workout owns you.
