Our Schedule- Master An’s offers over 40classes weekly and has open training 6 days a week. We provide the much needed flexibility to meet demands your busy schedule, and to allow you to attend classes consistently at times that are convenient for YOU. Our Teaching TechniquesWatch any class and you will notice how we combine respectful discipline with a friendly hands on approach. You will also notice the frequent use of praise to provide positive motivation and the use of both verbal explanations and physical demonstrations to accommodate all learning styles. Degrees in physical education, sports bio-mechanics, sports psychology, pedagogy, child psychology, and continued studies with the Cooper Institute and the American Council of Martial Artists provide our instructors with a wide range of teaching skills and methods.
